I just found out some of the photography students just copy photos from other sources and submit as their assignment (girl caught cheating on her assignment last year excluded from this topic).

In the first place when they gave the files to me for printing I just print it out as requested lah kan without any doubt. Some of the photos were Ok, some were awesome. :p I was thinking : not bad at all, bagus la lecturer diorg nih. But it was last year, I just found out few minutes ago masa nak delete2  files, yang some of the  photos actually not capturing from the same device..ngahaha..mesti budak2 ni tgh gelakkan lecturer dorang if they really read my entry now:P ehhe..

Ok, moral of the story, students, you are trying to cheat your lecturers, go ahead. If im not teaching your class, then u will be save, but u will be unlucky if you are not being in others class but mine..ngahahah. :p

Still talking about the copy/paste others artwork. Once in my class, during my student final presentation, one of my student confidently present his artwork and ‘dengan selamba badak nye’ one of the artwork dlm tu was my bestfriend’s artwork in university. I recognize my friend’s stroke and drawing style. dont bluff me kid. Then I ask him where did he get the artwork and he finally admit it. It was from internet.. hoiii students dont cheat ur lecturers, diorg bukan baru sehari dua hidup. :p kalau nak tipu pun..tipu lah..kitorang x rugi ape2..korang yg rugi..nanti masuk keje..ape2 pun tak reti buat..:p

p/s: was thinking how to trace your cheating students in audio class? next semester, audio class family is getting bigger. from 30 students to hundred something (1++) I need to do something to avoid them giving me written assignment from the same MR GOOGLE.

This photo taken during my trip to Makassar 2010. I went to Makassar twice. First in 2009 for office delegation and second for my personal trip with Kak Virakwan. I have to admit here the rest of the nominees are tremendously captured by the photographer.

When I won second place for Polytechnic Photo contest last year, I just picked randomly one of my artwork I felt suitable for the contest’s theme, a few weeks later I was informed  about the winners and ready to had the money bank-in into my account. haha.

But, when it comes to international contest, ‘wait la’ until you drop your jaw down to earth. hahah. I was speechless and felt like my photos are actually “rubbish”. Now u should learned your lesson well to improve your skills everyday.:p

For the Sport category SLR Division I can see so many WOW and WOW photos from others photographer. I dont know but I can see the passion on their photos. huhu. I can see how we interpret ideas differently. My photo itself not really convey sports visual but more into everyday shots, I just want to be different but then I found out that I really had such a brilliant and creative competitors. haha.

This is the second step after the first selection. More to go, more to go, all the nominees will be judge via online aka online VOTE. *oh now please vote for my photos. oh please oh please*

Oh ya, I have another photo nominated, for Cell Phone Division. This one, lagi la frust, I just sent unedited image:(( .Look at the other nominees, they had ‘nak pengsan punya  gambar bila tgk’ ( I bet my photo for this division was selected JUST because of the reflection and the perspective angle or mirror image. tapi cam huwaaa tatau la org nak vote ke tak:(( * keriau..uuu…pleas vote for me* :p
